Job Description Summary

The Senior Director, Customer Growth Business Development role is a new position that will provide strategic leadership within the arenaflex Business Development Center of Excellence. This team will secure new business, drive new category growth, and play a key role in successfully managing our continued pipeline of renewals through building content, effective stewardship materials, and other commercial tools. As a newly formed Business Development COE, we’re looking for individuals who are solution-oriented and comfortable with “white space.” The ideal candidate will find opportunities to make progress and create value, even when the path forward is not clear.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $175,000 - $201,000, depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, we also offer an annual incentive reference value percentage of 30.
