**The Role**
As a Senior Active Directory and PKI Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing expert guidance and support to customers on Active Directory and PKI technologies, including large-scale two and three-tier PKI hierarchies, NDES, OCSP, and scripted installations
* Developing and delivering education workshops, assessments, and training sessions to help customers achieve their security and technology goals
* Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and develop customized solutions that meet their requirements
* Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring deliveries align with their projects and milestones
* Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and sharing your expertise with the team
* Analyzing problems and developing solutions to improve customer experience and software development goals
* Maintaining, extending, and developing accreditations and certifications, and assisting in developing best practices for key technologies and products
**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver proactive services, including education workshops, assessments, and expert guidance, to customers
* Provide technical expertise and support on Active Directory and PKI technologies

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in Active Directory and PKI technologies, including large-scale two and three-tier PKI hierarchies, NDES, OCSP, and scripted installations
* Strong knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services, Active Directory replication and performance monitoring, Active Directory troubleshooting, Group Policy implementation, design, and troubleshooting, and security and administration of the Active Directory environment, including PKI
* Fundamental networking knowledge, including IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, routing, etc.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships and gain trust and respect for arenaflex Premier Engineers
* Strong technical writing, presentation, and training skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with Active Directory Scripting technologies, Active Directory Disaster Recovery, Active Directory Monitoring Tools, Microsoft Identity Manager, Active Directory Federated Services, Azure AD Connect, and Azure Active Directory
* Knowledge of large-scale two and three-tier PKI hierarchies, including multiple issuers
* Experience with scripted installations and database cleanup options
* Cross-forest implementations and Active Directory Domain Services
