Sound Credit Union is currently seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team! The role involves assisting members over the phone with financial transactions, responding to inquiries, and providing exceptional member service.
Responsibilities
- As the first point of contact in our Call Center, you will assist our members over the phone with financial transactions, respond to inquiries, build relationships, and provide information on account status, balances, and loan details to deliver exceptional member service
Skills
- One year experience in customer service required, preferably in a Call Center environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be bondable
- Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization not available
