Key Responsibilities

• Sell via video chat on Zoom to high-quality, high-interest prospects who have been warmed up by our cutting-edge marketing
• Diligent follow-up via email and/or text to ensure maximum conversion rates
• Proactively suggest ideas to improve sales process and pitch to the sales team and management
• Record customer information accurately and detailedly using our CRM software
• Occasionally connect with and set up sales appointments with warm organic leads who have expressed interest
• Record short personalized videos before meeting with leads to build rapport and establish trust
• Maintain a 30%+ close rate and achieve agreed-upon KPIs every month
• Keep records of calls and sales, and record useful information using CRM software
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve overall sales performance

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Minimum one year of experience as a sales closer over the phone/on video with a B2C offer (not B2B) with $50,000 in gross revenue
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work as a team player
• A track record of 20%+ close rate while maintaining high integrity in sales
• Strong internal communication skills, including notes in CRM, communication with sales manager, and recording calls for review
• Experience with outbound lead generation and the ability to adapt to our inbound lead model
• A positive mindset and energy at all times, with the ability to persuasively paint before and after scenarios for prospects
• A master of authoritative empathy with prospects and the ability to overcome objections to generate sales
• A knack for customizing sales conversations to each prospect and simplifying complicated ideas in a persuasive way
