We are committed to creating a work environment that is collaborative, inclusive, and supportive, where our employees can grow and thrive. **Job Summary** As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our client's data, including provider contract records, customer systems, and healthcare provider contracts. You will work closely with our team to identify potential problems and discrepancies, and apply your knowledge of the healthcare and insurance domain to resolve issues and improve our client's data management processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Scrub, research, and validate provider contract records to ensure accuracy and completeness * Update status in customer systems to reflect changes and updates * Research and install healthcare provider contracts, including verification of provider information, contract accuracy, and database loading * Retrieve and enter data from computer/web-based systems, files, and other documents * Analyze information collected to identify potential problems and discrepancies * Ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLA's (Service Level Agreements) * Apply healthcare and insurance domain knowledge to undertake problem-solving and identify solutions * Identify and resolve both routine and non-routine problems or escalate to more proficient team members * Monitor e-mail box and send responses to inquiries **Required Skills and Qualifications** * 1+ year(s) of experience in a role that required a focus on quality, including attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for your work * 1+ year(s) of experience in a professional/office-related environment (i.e. office support, data entry, clerical, customer service) that required you to work regularly scheduled shifts * 1+ year(s) of experience using a computer with Windows applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate multiple screens and computer systems, and learn new software tools * An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED **Preferred Qualifications** * Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively in a professional/office setting * Effective troubleshooting skills where you can leverage your research, analysis, and problem-solving skills * Time management skills that require the ability to cope with a complex, changing environment * Knowledge of AS400, Windows-based systems, Excel Spreadsheets, and following SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) **Training and Development** * All new hires will be required to successfully complete our training course and demonstrate proficiency of the material **Schedule and Availability** * Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM * The shift schedule can be changed as per client's requirements **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate: $15.00 - $26.00 per hour * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Temporary job type **Work Environment and Culture** * Remote work environment with flexible scheduling * Collaborative and inclusive team culture * Opportunities for growth and development * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data entry and a strong understanding of the healthcare and insurance industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
