Job Summary

As a remote Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our claims coordination team. Your primary duties will include data entry of claims information into our claims management systems, following up on missing information, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and compiling reports from systems with claims information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter claims information into our claims management systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Follow up on missing information to ensure timely processing of claims.
• Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Compile reports from systems with claims information to support business decisions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months to 1 year of work experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field.
• Basic computer skills and typing skills with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
