Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our team in Texas. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a critical role in addressing customer concerns, providing support, and resolving issues for our insurance-based program. This program services an elderly and disabled community, and we're looking for someone who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences with empathy and understanding.

Work Environment

As a remote customer service representative, you'll work from a private residence in Texas, using a phone and computer system provided by Blithequark. You'll need to provide a reliable internet connection (DSL or Cable only) with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps. Your workstation must be connected directly to the internet, and you'll need to meet our technical requirements.
