Job Overview

The Remote Accountant for Assets and Projects will play a critical role in providing financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data. As a liaison between the corporate office and facilities, you will provide analysis and support in decision-making, creating and submitting cash funding requests, documenting financial transactions, and participating in other financial activities. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Document financial transactions and substantiate them by auditing documents
• Create and submit cash funding requests, and reconcile urgent check accounts and request wire transfers when necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned or directed to ensure the smooth operation of the department
• Be available outside of normal business hours for occasional support needs
• Collaborate with management to prioritize and plan work activities and projects
• Review and validate financial information assumptions and methodology based on a thorough understanding of financial concepts

Essential Qualifications
