**Key Responsibilities**
As a Phone Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

**Requirements**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* **Proven experience in customer service**, preferably in the wellness and supplements industry.
* **Previous experience working in eCommerce**, with familiarity in CRM platforms like Richpanel, Hubspot, Gorgias, or similar.
* **Interest and knowledge in the health and wellness industry**, including a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
* **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**, capable of handling phone, email, and potential live chat interactions with professionalism.
* **Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting**, with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
* **Reliable internet connection and quality headset**, with the ability to work in a quiet, focused environment.
* **Reliable and punctual**, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
* **Work Eastern or Pacific US time zone**, with flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including weekends and holidays.

* 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, Eastern time zone (1 rep needed)
* 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, Pacific time zone (1 rep needed)
* 8am-5pm, Saturday-Sunday AND three weekdays of your choosing, US time zone flexible (4 reps needed)
