Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Client Experiences
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients, tailored to their individual needs and goals
- Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions to ensure they get the most out of their experience
- Ensure the safety of clients by enforcing StretchLab policies and safety rules, and using proper stretch techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to retain current clientele and drive membership sales
- Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and best practices
- Handle member concerns and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist sales associates and the General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
- Maintain a strong social media presence to engage with clients, promote membership, and drive retention
- Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at all times
Essential and Preferred Qualifications: What We're Looking For
We're looking for fitness professionals who are passionate about stretching, mobility, and flexibility, and have a background in:
- Personal Training
- Massage Therapy
- Physical Therapy
- Pilates or Yoga Instruction
- Dance Instruction
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A professional work ethic and a reliable attendance record
- The ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for clients of all backgrounds and abilities
- A passion for helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals
- Availability to complete our Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on training
