Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Patient Outreach & Experience Lead to join our team in Orlando, USA. As a key member of our Remote Clinical Trials and Patient Engagement team, you will be responsible for fostering patient experience cycles and patient-facing materials to advance patient engagement with Walgreens clinical trials. This role will focus on working closely with the Clinical Trials Project Director and Patient Enrollment Administrator to create and report advanced patient experiences for all enrollment and maintenance clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
- Works closely with the Clinical Trials Project Director and Patient Enrollment Administrator to create and report advanced patient experiences for all enrollment and maintenance clinical trials.
- Surveys concentrate on conventions and creates enrollment systems that successfully teach the client on the preliminary and persuades them to answer.
- Composes patient-facing duplicate for imminent members in clinical trials, including email, text, mailers, call center scripts, social media advertisements, greeting pages, and pre-screeners.
- Works closely with Walgreens Marketing and external partners to direct plan of conclusive material models.
- Drives review and examination drives to all the more likely comprehend patient boundaries for signing up for clinical trials, with an extraordinary spotlight on minority and other SDOH factors that have generally connected with lower support in clinical trials.
- With the Patient Enrollment Director, creates limited enrollment and marketing methodologies to select patients from minority, rural, and low-income networks really.

Essential Capabilities
- Partner or Four-year college education in Marketing or Life Sciences-related field and at least 2 years of experience working in quiet enrollment and maintenance.
- Experience making patient-facing materials for clinical trials.
- Excellent writing abilities with the capacity to clearly convey using basic, warm, and comprehensive language for clients.
- Knowledge of clinical trials, and experience in pertinent clinical research administrative necessities (ie. GCP and ICH rules).
- Able to travel up to/something like 10% of the ideal opportunity for business purposes (inside state and out of state).
Preferred Capabilities
- Experience working with stream design programming (for example Miro, Lucidchart, Visio).
- Experience planning digital content utilizing Adobe Creative is an or more.
- Experience composing pre-screeners to evaluate qualification for clinical trials.
