Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Pharmacist to work in our Central Fill pharmacy, a high-volume dispensing facility that serves our retail locations. As a Staff Pharmacist in Central Fill, you will play a critical role in delivering our mission, demonstrating our values, and providing exceptional patient care. This is a part-time position, approximately 28 hours per week, although hours may vary depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Health and Safety: Ensure the safe and effective use of medications, provide counseling and guidance to patients, and maintain accurate records.
- Pharmacy Professional Practice: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice, maintain professional competency, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Administrative Requirements: Manage pharmacy operations, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve pharmacy services, identify areas for improvement, and implement quality initiatives.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy: A bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related field is required.
- Licensure: Current licensure as a pharmacist in the state of California is required.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist, preferably in a retail or clinical setting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.
