Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working nights and weekends in a remote/hybrid environment. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, answering their questions, and providing exceptional support. Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously
Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, providing clear and concise information to customers
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer dissatisfaction
Adapt to changing guidelines and procedures, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn
Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service operations

Essential Qualifications

High school graduate or G.E.D.
Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferred)
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
Must be able to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in the home improvement industry or a related field
Knowledge of lead management and workflow processes
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills (an asset)
