Job Overview

In this part-time role, you will work 34 hours per week, with flexible hours between 8am and 4:30pm CST, Monday through Friday. The position can be fully remote, offering you the convenience and comfort of working from your own space. As a Data Entry Claims Intake Processor, you will be responsible for accurately entering data from insurance claims and authorization requests, navigating our imaging software, and collaborating with team members to meet client turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
• Navigate efficiently and effectively through our imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry.
• Differentiate between different claim types and follow the appropriate data entry guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Accurately identify specific document types that require special handling, demonstrating attention to detail and a thorough understanding of our processes.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times, promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual support.
• Support additional workflows as needed due to internal or external requirements, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform quality reviews of other team members' claims/authorizations according to established data entry guidelines, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.

Qualifications and Requirements
