About the Role
Our Customer Care Agents are the voice of our customers and play a vital role in our ongoing success. Key Responsibilities
- Handling live chat queries from customers on a range of topics, including deposits, withdrawals, gaming, and safer gambling
- Identifying trends in customer contacts and providing feedback to senior executives and managers to support the continuous improvement of our award-winning product
- Resolving customer queries in a timely and efficient manner, thinking outside the box to find solutions that meet their needs
- Identifying potentially vulnerable customers and ensuring they receive the right support and guidance as early as possible
- Maintaining the safety and security of our site by adhering to our policies and procedures, with full training provided
- Listening to and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues as necessary
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience with Zendesk or similar customer service software, allowing you to hit the ground running
- A keen attention to detail and a clear understanding of what 5-star quality looks like in customer service
- A minimum of 6 months' experience working in a high-volume service environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- A great understanding of the customer service industry and what it takes to be best in class
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry would be beneficial, but not essential, as we provide top-class training to all our agents
