As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for Access2Care, handling incoming calls from clients, members, and medical facilities to arrange transportation for medical appointments. This is a critical role that requires a unique blend of excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all interactions with callers are professional, caring, and courteous, while also adhering to company policies and utilizing our advanced scheduling software to optimize transportation logistics.
