We are looking for an exceptional Online K-12 Special Education Teacher with a specialization in Adaptive Behavior Specialist (ABS) to fill a long-term substitute position. As a key member of our virtual school team, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of student learning through engaging, high-quality virtual teaching. Your expertise and passion for special education will enable you to create a personalized and supportive learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of our students. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a valid MN K-12 Special Education Teaching license, with an ABS license preferred. You should have a solid background in equity, technology, and ensuring all students learn at high levels. Bi-lingual skills in Spanish or Somali are highly desirable. Consistent and reliable attendance is required, with the ability to work remotely and participate in occasional on-site professional development and staff meetings.
