As a Manager of Customer Insights on our Lowes Media Networks (LMN) team, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients optimize their media investments, develop data-driven strategies, and elevate their understanding of the arenaflex customer.
**Your Impact**
As a seasoned professional with a passion for data-driven decision-making, you'll engage directly with our top clients to review their media performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored strategies to grow their business at arenaflex. You'll work closely with our sales and account management teams to formulate media plans, develop test and learn initiatives, and deliver actionable insights that drive business results.
**What You'll Do**
* Create annual strategic learning plans for the businesses you support, aligning with arenaflex's overall goals and objectives
* Lead Quarterly Business Review Process with our top clients, ensuring they're equipped with the insights and strategies needed to drive business growth
* Serve as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, providing guidance to internal partners, external clients, and agencies on data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights
* Synthesize disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments, regularly delivering these insights to internal leadership and external vendor-partners
* Oversee the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, and standardized reporting
* Tell compelling data stories that support sales pitches, case studies, and other key deliverables
* Oversee omnichannel advertising efforts, aggregating insights to support other client-facing teams, such as sales and account management
* Partner with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback
* Integrate knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to arenaflex's LMN Insights team and the broader retail media business, particularly in key forums with leadership
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative
* 5 years of experience in insights and analytics, with a focus on retail media or general media analytics
* Proven experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management
* Ability to tell compelling data stories and present insights in a clear, concise manner
* Experience with A/B testing, Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL)
* Strong understanding of data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization principles
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA)
* Proven experience in leading teams and driving business impact
* Experience managing global teams and working in a retail environment
* Familiarity with analytic/research software (e.g., SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics)

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Salary range: $95,500.00 - $159,200.00 annually
* Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience
