**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Homesite Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be the first point of contact for Homesite-CONNECT customers, providing exceptional support and resolving complex issues with ease. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to Homesite-CONNECT customers, responding to service issues, requests, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Communicate directly with customers to research questions, open issue resolution cases, and resolve higher-level problems over the phone
* Report to a manager and provide regular updates on customer interactions and issue resolution progress
* Develop an understanding of procedures to educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services, facilitating efficient self-service and improving customer satisfaction
* Troubleshoot simple usability issues raised by customers and refer more complex issues to appropriate service partners
* Collaborate with coaches and other team members to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate and informed support to customers
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
* Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
* State P&C license exam passed within 12 months of hire (training and administrative support provided)
