We are seeking a senior AI leader with deep expertise in autonomous agent architectures and AI-driven workflows. This role requires a combination of hands-on technical capability and strategic advisory skills, with a focus on designing, building, and scaling intelligent systems that operate with increasing levels of autonomy.
The ideal candidate will lead the development of agentic systems, orchestrated workflows, and AI-powered decisioning frameworks while also guiding clients on how to operationalize AI across their business.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver chat based, human in the loop, and autonomous AI solutions using modern agentic platforms and evolving best practices
- Define architecture patterns for:
- Context management and memory
- Observability, evaluation, and guardrails
- Scalable orchestration across tools and services
- Lead client discussions on AI strategy, operating models, and transformation opportunities
- Translate complex business problems into agent-driven solutions and workflows
- Contribute to development of reusable frameworks, accelerators, and AI offerings
- Build and mentor technical teams and establish standards for AI system design
