Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you will need to meet the following requirements:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Strong computer experience, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding
Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word
Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on empathy, compassion, and patient-centered support
Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
Able to provide 2 monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports, and a minimum internet download speed of 100Mbps and upload speed of 20Mbps
