**Job Summary**
As a Disability Access Service Video Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional guest service to our guests with disabilities. You'll assist guests in registering for services, support their digital experience with various applications, and ensure that they have a smooth and enjoyable experience at our resort. This is a bench-full-time position, working in an inbound contact center located at arenaflex in Orlando or Tampa, Florida.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional guest service to guests with disabilities, assisting them in registering for services and supporting their digital experience with various applications
* Support guests with their accessibility needs, using our many services available for guests with disabilities
* Apply your proficiency in planning bookings to ensure an outstanding experience for our guests
* Support guests with their digital experience through the website and in the My arenaflex Experience application
* Participate in multiple performance assessments during a paid training class
* Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple calls and interactions simultaneously
* Collaborate with other team members to resolve guest issues and provide a seamless experience
**Essential Qualifications**
* Sales and Service Experience in a customer service or contact center environment
* Knowledge and interest of arenaflex property, products, and services
* Technical abilities and computer proficiency, with the ability to learn and work with various systems and applications, including Microsoft Office Tools and Guest Service Suite
* Ability to handle confidential information and provide conflict resolution through a balance of integrity and partner resourcing
* Strong problem-solving decision-making skills
* Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
* Comfortable asking discovery questions to acquire relevant information from guests to resolve which accessibility service(s) are the best fit or which may require further medical consultation/evaluation
