Compensation and Benefits
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including:
- Base Salary: $60,000 annual base pay.
- Commission: 15% commission on all closed deals below $10,000; 5% commission on all closed deals above $10,000; and a 1% commission override on all closed sales from the sales team.
