As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in supporting PeopleSERVE’s recruitment strategy, focusing on building a talent pool to support our clients’ hiring needs. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct coordinated recruitment outreach through our various job boards, utilizing messaging templates and a recruitment workflow to ensure best practices in candidate outreach.
- Utilize our job boards and automation system, following our recruitment processes and methodology to optimize candidate engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate daily with the team, providing real-time updates from your recruiting and outreach efforts to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Maintain thorough documentation of recruitment activity into our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with our quality standards.
Performance Metrics
Your performance will be managed against the following key performance indicators (KPIs):
- Hours spent actively sourcing top talent
- Candidates screened and evaluated for client opportunities
- Candidates submitted to the sales team for further consideration

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a technology or professional services environment
- Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, including applicant tracking systems and job boards
Preferred Qualifications
