Job Description
As an Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer – Web & Cloud Application Development, you'll play a critical role in driving technological innovation and enhancing our digital capabilities. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and efficient web and cloud applications that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop full-stack web and cloud applications using various programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in web and cloud development, and apply this knowledge to improve our applications and services.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack web and cloud development, with a strong focus on scalability, security, and performance.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, and C#.
- Experience with web frameworks such as Spring, Django, and React.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of database concepts, including relational and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment.
- Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of security best practices, including secure coding and vulnerability management.
