Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate LPN / LVN to join our team as a Home Health Care Specialist. Essential Qualifications
- Current, valid nursing license in the United States.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program, with a focus on home health care or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in home health care or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team, prioritizing client needs and safety.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, and weekends, with a focus on meeting client needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with adult and pediatric populations, with a focus on complex medical conditions and high-acuity care.
- Certification in a related field, such as wound care, infusion therapy, or gerontology.
