Job Summary
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for studies, resolution, and records access correction to ensure that our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records align with our enrollment package records. This role involves working with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve problems from various regions within the company, discovering and resolving errors from multiple reports, reconciling eligibility among systems, record monitoring and tracking, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create effective resolutions to clear up issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct studies and analysis to identify discrepancies in eligibility records and adjudication processes
- Resolve problems and errors from various reports, including shared mailboxes and work queues
- Reconcile eligibility among systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Monitor and track records to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create effective resolutions to clear up issues
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, records analysis, or a related field
- Experience working in the healthcare industry or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
- Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional experience in data analysis, problem-solving, or a related field
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards
