**Job Description**
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be the main point of contact for our clients, interacting with them on a daily basis to provide comprehensive account management, training, and support. You'll work closely with our Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing account setup and training newly boarded clients
* Providing outstanding on-going account management and customer support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
* Educating existing clients on the value of additional arenaflex services and solutions
* Identifying, investigating, tracking, and resolving inquiries and issues in a professional manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to provide relevant feedback and contribute to key initiatives
* Managing time effectively to complete assigned projects, assist teammates, and meet strict deadlines
* Communicating effectively with colleagues and working within a team of other analysts

**Qualifications**
We're looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
* 2-5 years of business development/customer success experience in the payment, risk management, or related field/industry
* Fluency in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese
* Track record of customer focus and excellence, with the ability to anticipate the needs of customers
* Superior organizational and time management skills
* Outstanding written and oral communication abilities
* Negotiation and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task and adapt to quickly changing priorities
* Attention to detail and quality of work
* General computer knowledge
* Strong team player
* Bachelor's degree or higher desired
