As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, handling inbound calls, and resolving customer inquiries with ease. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Assisting callers with billing inquiries

* Making upgrade and add-on service recommendations
* Ensuring First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC)
