Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, primarily related to post-sale customer service and general company inquiries. As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, scheduling customer service calls, and reviewing completed service tickets for quality assurance. You'll also serve as a liaison between our installation and service teams, as well as internal and external customers.
