**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Business Analyst – Web & Cloud Application Development at arenaflex, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and implementation of innovative solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop and document requirements, and design and implement effective solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. Your expertise in full-stack development, cloud computing, and business analysis will enable you to make a significant impact on our business and drive our continued success.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Gather, create, plan, and maintain business requirements for various projects or systems from the initial stage to final execution, ensuring requirements meet specifications
* Investigate, design, and maintain production systems/programs/applications
* Assist in supporting and communicating task status reports and tracking
* Provide effective project cycles and expectations to shorten the project life cycle, where applicable
* Work with application support and development teams to fix software bugs and resolve issues
* Lead efforts to resolve issues with communication systems based on various technologies
* Participate in regular project status meetings
* Convert high-level customer requirements into executable, detailed customer stories to enable development
* Develop and maintain product documentation
* Lead planning meetings with teams to focus on work in upcoming sprints
