Key Responsibilities

• Provide curriculum, compliance, or training support to Flight Planning
• Collaborate with Flight Planning support teams to complete project tasks as assigned
• Offer well-informed authority guidance to project tasks as assigned
• Alter or create new training materials when required
• Track individual progress and report status of projects to appropriate leaders
• Review standard procedures and provide input on changes
• Perform specific obligations as assigned by Flight Planning management

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

• A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• Strong organizational and administration abilities
• Knowledge of Flight Operations background
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Office 365 and other Delta/DPS software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Must be at least 18 years old and have authorization to work in the US
