Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Design and create an engaging, age-appropriate curriculum for your Disney-themed musical theater classes, ensuring a fun and educational experience for elementary school students.
- Teaching and Instruction: Consistently arrive on time and deliver high-quality instruction, creating a positive and memorable experience for your students.
- Building a Positive Class Community: Foster a supportive and inclusive class environment, building strong relationships with your students and helping them develop a passion for musical theater and performing arts.
- Sharing Your Passion: Inspire your students by sharing your own experiences and the joy you derive from dance and musical theater, helping them understand the value and impact of these art forms.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a performing arts instructor, with a background in teaching school-age children.
- Teaching Style: A fun, enthusiastic, and supportive approach to teaching, with the ability to create a positive class community.
- Leadership: Experience leading your own classes and managing a group of students.
- References: At least three professional references and a clean background check.
