**Job Summary**
The Data Entry Specialist – 3 Month Contract position requires a highly skilled and organized individual who can work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for processing and maintaining dealer customer accounts, updating system profiles, and supporting various products related to onboarding. You will also be responsible for creating dealership profiles within the Customer Account Management System (CAMS) and maintaining and updating user profiles within the CAMS.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process and maintain dealer customer accounts
* Update system profiles and support various products related to onboarding
* Create dealership profiles within the CAMS
* Maintain and update user profiles within the CAMS
* Adhere to all Audit/Policies and Procedures
* Communicate effectively with internal, dealer, finance source, and Owner contacts
* Maintain safety, security, and privacy standards throughout all areas of responsibility
**Essential Qualifications**
* Prior experience in data entry and customer service
* Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Visio
* Exceptional communication and analytical skills
* Ability to think critically and problem solve
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Strong customer service skills
* Disciplined, independent worker with professional demeanor
* Ability to multi-task and properly organize workload according to business need

**Preferred Qualifications**
* Prior experience in Automotive Retail Finance or other related Consumer Finance experience
