Job Overview
blithequark is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a vital partner, you will be responsible for conveying the organization's yearly exhibition objectives and KPIs for your individual client geography. You will collaborate both internally and externally on all agreements to support blithequark's general development strategies, while driving continuous execution and backing for all client programming to meet both long-term and short-term business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a vital partner responsible for the acquisition and management of all public clients for the benefit of blithequark, aligning with organizational needs
- Provide guidance to blithequark Sr. Management on client needs and additional business opportunities
- Represent blithequark as a colleague to clients with the goal of negotiating new yearly and long-term agreements to support business targets
- Create a comprehensive annual growth target plan for every client following channel pricing direction
- Work closely with and influence key client intends to maximize shared objectives, results, and performance
- Lead the blithequark business planning process with account teams to increase brand image and brand action to support both long-term and short-term targets
- Ensure compact and timely communication, provide suitable tools and performance tracking to blithequark Bottlers and field teams to guarantee flawless execution of key drives
- Collaborative partner and engage key Bottler personnel to drive specific client performance and execution to support overall business needs
- Work with client service team gatherings and surveys to identify any systemic issues and provide solutions to ensure all situations are resolved
- Responsible for communication and support across every client's business division and segments
- Develop and leverage high-level relationships at significant accounts
- Provide channel, brand, and category insights/expertise to respective clients, Bottlers, and account teams
- Ensure flawless execution of client projects and drives via clear and concise communication
- Client outlet visits with Bottlers, account teams, and clients quarterly for key high-value clients, to gain insight into opportunities and challenges
- Collaborate and influence blithequark and cross-functional resources to create value for the client, based on their feedback
- Lead sales organization for appointed region using expertise to analyze and identify potential opportunities and lay out objectives to follow through on track
- Provide timely updates of sales, challenges, and opportunities to internal leadership and field execution
- Calculate, review, and report on various budgets both for client and T&E cost reporting
Essential Qualifications
- BA/BS degree required
- 7+ years direct sales experience in the beverage industry and hold a history of successfully selling into numerous retail channels required
- Minimum 5 years' experience approaching key clients like Compass, Sodexo, or Aramark required
- Must be self-motivated and highly organized with a strong urge to create results with an entrepreneurial spirit to succeed
- Must be able to quickly assess the needs of the business, develop an action plan, and manage the necessary change
- Must have the ability to really intermix with a wide variety of business professionals
- Must have a passion for building brands, new products, and long-term growth
- Reliable, hardworking, and proactive team player with a positive outlook
- Creative thinker who can work independently
- Strong computer skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Strong understanding and analytical skills in comprehension of Nielsen/IRI affiliated data
