- Log all calls and support requests accurately, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements, contributing to the continuous growth and development of our customer support function
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 2+ years of inbound customer support experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues
- Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred, with a strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and software applications
- Excellent in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong PC skills required, including proficiency in standard MS Office applications, with knowledge of Salesforce being a significant plus
