Key Responsibilities
- Technical and Business Software Training: Provide comprehensive training to customers on navigating and utilizing blithequark software, addressing complex queries, and resolving support requests related to specific software functions.
- Inbound Call and Email Support: Manage a high volume of support requests, offering timely and effective assistance to a diverse range of professionals, including psychologists, therapists, counselors, social workers, psychiatrists, and practice administrators.
- Customer Support Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of support interactions in our multichannel customer support/help desk software applications.
- Accuracy and High Standards: Uphold the highest standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and completeness in all support interactions.
- Continuous Learning: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of blithequark features, updates, and value-added services to provide expert support.
Essential Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support.
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center or phone support role, demonstrating your ability to handle complex customer inquiries.
- 2+ years of remote work experience, showcasing your self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
- Excellent technical problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand and resolve software-related issues.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively exchanging information via telephone, email, and instant messaging platforms.
