Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and poise, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
- Identify and evaluate customers' needs through active listening and open discussion, providing personalized solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with clients through trust, empathy, and comprehensive product knowledge.
- Provide accurate and valid information using the right methods and tools, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to succeed.
- Manage complaints and concerns with a customer-centric approach, offering proper solutions and options that meet their needs.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and excellence in customer service.
- Go above and beyond to engage customers, exceed expectations, and drive long-term success for our teams.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:
- Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (preferred but not required).
- Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities to effectively manage customer interactions.
- The ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees, demonstrating flexibility and collaboration.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to deliver clear, concise, and compelling information to customers.
- The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A Mac computer and fluency with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.) to ensure seamless integration with our technology.
- Availability to work nights and some weekends, with a schedule that includes either 1pm - 11pm CST, 4 days/week with rotating Saturdays or 3pm - 11pm CST M-F with rotating Saturdays.
