arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary based on education and/or experience, as well as bonuses for achieving milestones, such as a $500 bonus after 6 months and a $1,000 bonus after 1 year. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, 401(k), paid-time off, and a $5,000 annual tuition reimbursement, among other perks. The typical work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays. Hours of work are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., allowing for a healthy work-life balance and flexibility to manage your personal and professional responsibilities.
