Essential Qualifications and Skills

- A High School Diploma or GED as a minimum educational requirement.
- At least six months of customer service experience, with a preference for those with background in service center customer service or data entry.
- Proficient computer skills, including strong typing and data entry abilities, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with order management systems, Live Chat, and high-volume email support is highly desirable.
- The ability to handle a continuous flow of customers and manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced, productivity-driven environment.
- Excellent web navigation skills to locate information and the ability to toggle between multiple systems to access customer data.
