About the Role
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support and ensuring seamless interactions with our platform. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, texts, and web chat inquiries from customers and service providers

- Assist service providers with questions or concerns regarding work orders, policy, and software issues
- Troubleshoot software malfunctions and provide technical support to customers and service providers

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, with a pay range of $17.50 to $20.50 per hour, based on experience. Additionally, you'll be eligible for:
