Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensure that all information is accurate and up to date, including client records and travel arrangements
- Work with clients to determine their needs and assist them with their travel arrangements, including but not limited to:
- Flights
- Cruises
- Theme parks
- Hotel/resort accommodations
- Rental cars
- Complete required certification within a timely manner and participate in ongoing training with blithequark and our travel partners
- Maintain reliable internet access and utilize a smartphone and/or computer to perform job duties
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be located in the United States
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must be able to stay organized and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- 1 year of customer service experience is preferred but not necessary
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Prior experience in the travel industry or customer service field
- Knowledge of travel software and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
