You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling a wide range of inquiries, concerns, and issues related to our products and services. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues efficiently, and provide a positive experience for our clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat * Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and efficient manner * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions * Provide product and service information to customers, including features, benefits, and usage instructions * Process customer transactions, including orders, returns, and exchanges * Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and information * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge **Responsibilities as a Ticket Specialist** * Welcome and assist customers with the tagging and baggage registration process * Utilize a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets * Manage the registration process, ensuring that customers have the necessary documentation for travel * Label baggage and perform lifting tasks that involve moving baggage from scales to transport lines **Responsibilities as a Door Specialist** * Assist customers with boarding, trip planning, and door operations * Utilize computers to help customers with seat availability, door announcements, flight status, checking and handling baggage, making arrangements, and starting the boarding process * Work flight procedures to prepare passengers for boarding and lifting, opening, closing, and operating airplane doors **Responsibilities as a Baggage Handler/Incline Administrator** * Safely lift, load, unload, and transport baggage, mail, and freight to and from airplanes * Responsible for on-time departures by directing arriving and departing airplanes from the gate positions * Protect baggage, freight, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions * Safely operate and work ground equipment like pulls, belt loaders, and tow farm vehicles in areas of congestion * Frequently lift and load items onto trucks and ensure each bag reaches its destination * Work baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage and freight are directed accurately to the passenger's destination **Advantages and Benefits to Help You Continue to Thrive** Our culture is built on a shared commitment to living our values – Care, Trustworthiness, Versatility, Employee Initiative, and Cooperation – always, in all that we do.
