**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Data Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer service department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, collecting and entering data into our case management system, and engaging with participants to collect research data via phone. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Utilize internet databases and research systems to locate and identify points of contact for program participants
* Enter data into our case management system with accuracy and attention to detail
* Engage and respond to participants by following a scripted questionnaire to collect research data via phone
* Communicate the goals of the survey to participants and explain why their participation is valuable; encourage participation from those who have previously chosen not to participate
* Attend all mandatory training sessions related to survey data collection
* Maintain quality standards for data collection
**Position Requirements**
* Quiet, disruption-free workspace to preserve sound quality, protecting confidential information
* High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download speed and 3 Mbps upload speed (To determine internet speed, go to speedtest.net and run the application)
* Access to personal email and phone (either landline or cell)
* Ability to engage and persuade stakeholders successfully
* Excellent computer skills and experience maneuvering between multiple programs/systems
* Ability to interact comfortably and professionally with a variety of people
* Comfortable being on camera for meetings, training, and/or one-on-one meetings
* Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Effective time management and ability to work independently as required
**What We Offer**
* Competitive hourly rate of $18.00 per hour
* Flexible scheduling available between 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday to Friday
