**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients, navigating complex systems, and building strong relationships with our customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
* Navigate complex systems and processes to resolve client inquiries and issues
* Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
* Process and resolve client requests, including account maintenance, direct deposit changes, and address changes
* Assist family members and beneficiaries with claims processes and answer account information
* Work to remove roadblocks to client requests and educate clients on the correct process for receiving information
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve client satisfaction
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality and productivity standards
**Requirements**
* 1-2 years of call center experience, with a strong focus on customer service
* 1-2 years of experience with Windows-based operating systems, including Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex topics to clients
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on multitasking and prioritization
* Ability to work from home, with high-speed internet and a quiet, secure workspace
* Ability to use video during interviews and training
* Availability to work Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work varying shifts based on business needs
* Ability to attend training and nesting at our office in Warwick, RI
* Ability to travel to our office in Warwick, RI if system issues arise at home
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a defined benefits/retirement income solutions department
* Experience with account maintenance, direct deposit changes, and address changes
* Experience working with family members and beneficiaries on claims processes
* Experience with complex systems and processes, including Windows-based operating systems
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Experience with quality assurance and quality control processes
