About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities, with fluency in both Canadian French (Quebecois) and English.
- Ability to multi-task, navigate computer systems, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management.
- Must be able to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications

Technical Requirements
To work remotely with arenaflex, you'll need:
- A dedicated workspace that's free from distractions, with a reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10Mbps+ upload speed).
- A computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam, which will be provided by arenaflex.
- A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication, with options for Okta Verify, SMS messages, and phone calls.
