**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Oklahoma office. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through phone and in-person interactions. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and promoting arenaflex products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and in-person visits in a timely and efficient manner
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and professional manner
* Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding arenaflex products and services
* Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
* Work as a liaison between customers, merchants, purchasing, and activities staff to resolve issues and provide solutions
* Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the phone or answering visits
* Maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Internet Business Customer Service Specialist Certificate after completion of 14-day training program required
* Previous customer service experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
* Ability to type at a minimum speed of 30 wpm
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Strong foundation in customer service, including excellent relational skills, brief friendly assistance, and phenomenal follow-through
* Ability to adapt and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to take ownership and resolve issues
* Ability to exhibit analytical and thinking skills
* Strong time management skills
* Bilingual capabilities a plus
