**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our specialty patients over the phone. You will handle prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage, ensuring that our patients receive the care they need in a timely and compassionate manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to specialty patients over the phone
* Handle prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
* Resolve patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner
* Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless delivery of medications
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* 6+ months of high call center experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or another application
* Strong computer skills and proficiency in software applications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone
* Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
* Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting

**Training Schedule**
* Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST (training schedule)
* Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame)
**Pay Range**
* Minimum: $17.02
* Maximum: $27.16
* Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
