Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree In Technical Communication Or Equivalent Practical Experience.
- 2 Years Of Technical Writing Experience.
 Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience With Databases, SQL, NoSQL, And Cloud Products.
- Experience In A Related Role, Creating Technical Documentation For A Technical Audience, Preferably For Enterprise Cloud Services.
- HTML Or Markdown Skills; Unix Environment Skills.
- Ability To Navigate Ambiguity, Support Multiple Projects, And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
- Proven Communication And Team Skills And Strong Initiative.

US Base Salary For This Full-Time Position Is $26- $35 + Bonus + Equity + Benefits. Our Salary Range Is Determined By Role, Level And Location.  Responsibilities
- Plan, Design, Write, And Publish Technical Documentation For The Cloud Database Service Including Critical Customer Journeys, Concepts, And Guidelines For How Customers Do Business.
- Work Closely With PMS, Engineers, UX Researchers, And UI Partners To Identify Critical User Journeys And Create Information Architectures That Help Customers Along These Journeys.
- Collaborate With Cloud Database Authors To Continually Improve Practices And Deliver An Excellent Customer Experience.
- Collaborate With Cross-Functional Colleagues To Drive And Prioritize Technical Writing.
- Mentor And Support Other Authors On The Cloud Databases Team.
