Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in the application process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable rules and regulations
• Submit complete applications in a timely manner, adhering to company, carrier, and CMS-related policies and procedures
• Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to clearly articulate the benefits and features of our insurance plans to prospective members
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, managing a high volume of incoming calls and meeting established production goals
• Handle customer complaints, providing solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
• Perform other related job duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities

Essential Qualifications
